When We Ship:
Delivery time is based upon business days, which we consider to be Monday through Friday 9AM- 5PM, excluding holidays. UPS does not deliver on the weekend or holidays. You must complete your order before 1 PM Eastern Time on a business day for it to ship that same day. Orders placed on the weekend, on a holiday, or after 1 PM Eastern Time on Friday, will be processed on the next business day.

The limited weight charge is based on the cumulative weight
of all dog food, cat food, cat litter, heavy items, or materials
requiring special handling in the shopping cart and will be
added to the standard shipping charge. Please refer to the

Shipments that are sent to residential addresses via UPS ground
should be delivered within 4-7 business days. Unfortunately,
we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. If your delivery
does not arrive within 14 days of shipping confirmation, please

RESTRICTIONS:
Petland Discounts currently ships to
residential addresses via UPS ground service. We currently
ship orders to the 48 contiguous States only. International
orders are not yet available. Additionally,
we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. box addresses.
